A very small, but elegant, jQuery plugin used to enhance default browser title attribute display. Not following? When you hover over certain elements, like a <a> element, the title attribute of that element is eventually shown by the browser. Try it on this default link – it may take a few seconds of hovering. HoverTitle changes that ugly box!
